Are we on the same page?

As I sat at my desk to read my mails this morning my thoughts were on the incredible overcast and cool weather we are having right now - such a relief from the dry and parched conditions we have had for most of the summer this year - Thank you my Yeshua.

So when I read this mail (extract below) - from an old and dear brother in Messiah who served with me during the Zimbabwe/Rhodesian conflict - it caused my heart to quake and I began to think on what lay before me:

"But since you rejected Me when I called and no one gave heed when I stretched out My hand, since you ignored all My advice and would not accept My rebuke--I in turn will laugh at your disaster; I will mock when calamity overtakes you--when calamity overtakes you like a storm,when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you! Then they will call to Me--but I will not answer; they will look for Me--but will not find Me. Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD, since they would not accept My advice and spurned My rebuke--they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes!" Proverbs 1:24-31 (Emphasis added by me) 

For all reading this blog I am sure that none would believe that the world is OK and everything is as it should be, we all are facing unusual and unsettling events in our lives right now.

We in Namibia are seeing daily cost of living hikes, destructive drought (2nd year), tumbling Namibian Dollar, rising unemployment:  Big brother in South Africa is experiencing the same plus strikes, unrest at the universities, electricity shortages, looming municipal bankruptcies, ever increasing crime rates and so forth - we are all, no matter where we are living right now, if we should be honest, feeling a little unsettled! SO WAS YHWH TRYING TO TELL US IN SOUTHERN AFRICA, POSSIBLY THE REST OF THE WORLD AS WELL, TO PAY ATTENTION TO SOMETHING through what my brother now living in Ireland had sent? 

This prompted the following questions:

ARE WE DOING OUR UTMOST FOR HIS HIGHEST, FOR HIS KINGDOM HERE ON EARTH?

OR:

ARE WE BEING LULLED INTO A FALSE SECURITY BY OUR RELIGIOUS, MORAL AND CULTURAL COMPASSES PASSED DOWN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION - ARE WE JUST DRIFTING ALONG?

Believe me please when I say that for the last however long I have felt the leading of The Ruach to tell everybody TO PLEASE DRAW CLOSER TO YHWH ELOHIM THROUGH OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YESHUA, COME OUT OF BABYLON, COME OUT OF EGYPT - TROUBLE IS COMING AND ONLY HE WILL CARRY US THROUGH!

I feel like screaming out to each and every one of us, myself included, TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY; DO WHAT YOU MUST DO TO GET RIGHT WITH YESHUA - ETERNITY IS AT STAKE!

In an attempt to highlight what I am trying to convey I shall relate to you an experience I had yesterday.

I spoke with two members of my family, both of whom now live outside the borders of the African continent; obviously as is normal our conversation gravitated towards the change in lifestyles between Africa and their new homes and conversely them asking how things are back here. 

Surprisingly BOTH PLAINLY STATED THAT THEY AND THEIR SPOUSES WERE HAVING MASSIVE TROUBLE ADAPTING TO THE COLOURLESS, AND IN THE ONE'S WORDS, SPINELESS ZEITGEIST OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS they now labour under in their new countries of choice: The other family member actually said that she was so grateful that her husband, her children and herself had all achieved their maturity IN AFRICA - BECAUSE THEY HAD LEARNT TO STAND ON THEIR OWN TWO FEET AND ACCEPT THE INALIENABLE FACT THAT YOU WORK FOR YOUR KEEP AND THAT THERE ARE NO SUCH THINGS AS FREE ENTITLEMENTS!

WHAT A TRUTH, BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE SHE WAS REFERRING TO WORK AS DEFINED BY YHWH YESHUA IN Mat.6:25-34; SHE, I AM SURE, WAS REFERRING TO WORKS UNDER THE SLAVERY OF THE WORLD SYSTEM:

A caveat if I may please: 

WORKS REFERRED TO IN Mat. 6:25-34 and as read with Mat. 10:6-10; Eph. 2:10 & ECC. 12:11-14 ARE WORKS THAT WE AS HIS BODY ARE NEEDING TO DO TO ESTABLISH HIS KINGDOM HERE ON EARTH AND WHICH CAN ONLY BE FOUND THROUGH SEEKING THE WILL AND RIGHTEOUSNESS OF OUR FATHERS THROUGH YESHUA - BIBLICAL WORK WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PHYSICAL ASPECT TO IT, BUT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PROVIDING FOR YOUR EARTHLY KEEP - IF YOU SEEK HIS WILL, AND HIS RIGHTEOUS WAY OF APPLYING THAT WILL HE WILL ENSURE THAT THE NECESSARY PROVISION ARE PROVIDED IN WHAT EVER MANNER HE DEEMS CORRECT - ITS IS HIS PROMISE TO HIS BODY, TO HIS BOND SERVANTS & HAND-MAIDENS Please read Ex. 21:2-9 prayerfully! 

Now back to my two family members: Both of them, when I spoke to them initially about the blindness of the world we lived in; IT'S SPIRITUAL AND MORAL CONDITION and the need to come back to Yeshua, asked me to please not speak on these topics as I WAS SO NEGATIVE AND IT UPSET THEM!

Both said that I was too fundamental; that Islam was really OK; the world economy could never collapse so we should just turn a blind eye to the social evils and the rest, that the governments would look after the people - and anyway, Jesus loves us and that's all that matters (this was long before they ever even left Africa) - one of them even said to me that JESUS SAW HIS BEST AND SINCERE EFFORTS TO KEEP HIS LIFE AND BOAT AFLOAT AND JESUS ACCEPTED THOSE EFFORTS HE WAS MAKING FOR HIS AND HIS FAMILIES FUTURE; IN FACT HE STATED THAT JESUS WAS SATISFIED WITH HIM DOING IT HIS WAY BECAUSE HE WAS DOING HIS BEST!

I love these two members of my family so much, BUT I CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM OF THAT LOVE BECAUSE EVEN HERE IN "DEEP DARK AFRICA" THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN CONDITIONED TO BELIEVE IN A JESUS THAT O DID NOT KNOW:

WE WERE ON DIFFERENT PAGES!

My Yeshua was a Torah keeping Yeshua (one would almost say "legalist" today), their Jesus was a Lawless Jesus THAT ACCEPTS US AS WE ARE NEVER NEEDING ANY REAL CHANGE AND ASSISTS US TO ACHIEVE WHAT WE BELIEVE IS RIGHT, COMFORTABLE AND ACCEPTABLE FOR OUR GOALS AND FUTURE: JESUS WILL ENSURE THAT WHATEVER WE CHOOSE TO MAKE OUR GOALS IN LIFE WILL COME ABOUT: SO IN ACTUAL POINT OF FACT, ALTHOUGH NEVER EXPRESSED IN SO MANY WORDS - THIS JESUS IS ONLY REALLY THERE TO GIVE US WHAT WE WANT, WE IN RETURN FOR HIS SUPPORT NEED JUST TO MAKE THE PLANS ACCORDING TO WHAT WE BELIEVE IS GOOD AND RIGHT, AND THEN WORK HARD, SOMETIMES EVEN VERY HARD BUT HE WILL GIVE OUR GOALS AND DESIRES TO US AT THE END OF THE DAY BECAUSE WE DESERVE IT - WE HAVE WORKED HARD FOR IT - IT IS OUR RIGHT: THIS IS A RATHER LOGICAL AND DENOMINATIONAL APPROACH, BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT BIBLICALLY SOUND I AM AFRAID: THIS DOCTRINE OF WORKS BY THE MAN ACHIEVING ALL THAT IS REQUIRED FOR HIMSELF AS HE WANTS AND BELIEVES IS RIGHT WILL LEAD TO THE FOLLOWING!

A separation of Church and State. 

A separation of New and Old Testaments.  

A separation of Jew and Church. 

A separation of Jesus and Yeshua!

A JESUS WHO CHANGES FOR US - NOT US FOR HIM!

A JESUS WHO ANNULS HIS LAWS AND HIS WAYS FOR US!

A JESUS WHO HAS NO REAL RULES EXCEPT THAT WE BE NICE ACCOMMODATING PEOPLE & NEVER REALLY CAUSING WAVES!

A JESUS WHO IS WOULD HAVE TO REJECT HIS VERY SELF BECAUSE HE IS A DOER OF INIQUITY WHO DOES NOT BEAR FRUIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HIS WORD! Mat. 7:15-23.

Like most of the people in the denominations and western culture my family abroad had never heard of Yeshua WHO CAME TO BRING PEACE TO HIS BODY VIA THE SWORD OF DIVISION; INSTEAD MY FAMILY BELIEVED IN THE JESUS OF ROMANS 13 WHO BOWS AND SCRAPES TO THE GODS OF CEASER AND STATE, NOT THE YESHUA OF KEPHAS AND YOCHANAN (PETER & JOHN)! Mat. 10:34-39; Acts. 4:18-22!

So why do we believe that the works that man chooses to carry out MUST BE SANCTIONED BY "GOD"? 

I do not know why we believe individually that Elohim has to do what we want, and bless what we do to achieve our goals and desire, BUT THE ROOT DEFINITELY LIES IN OUR ORIGINAL SIN AND AS RECORDED IN Gen. 3:5

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. (KJV - emphasis by me)

Is it now possible that in our fallen state we have the AUDACITY TO THINK WE ARE AT THE VERY LEAST EQUAL TO YHWH ELOHIM, JUST AS THE FATHER OF ALL LIES WHO INDUCED CHAVAH TO EAT OF THE FRUIT AND OFFER IT TO HER HUSBAND, THE SERPENT, BELIEVES THAT HE IS EQUAL TO AND EVEN POSSIBLY ABOVE YHWH ELOHIM? Is. 14:12-15

Here is a fact we need to take to heart - WHEN NOT BEING LED BY THE RUACH OF YHWH WE ARE IN THE FLESH AND ARE THEN AN ENEMY OF YHWH SIMPLY BECAUSE THE FLESH CANNOT SUBMIT TO THE LAW OF YHWH, AND THIS LAW OF YHWH CANNOT EVER BE OR ACCOMMODATE SIN, THE TORAH, WHICH IS THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT, A SPIRITUAL LAW, A LAW WHICH CANNOT BE KEPT EXCEPT BY REBIRTH IN AND THROUGH MESSIAH YESHUA  Rom. 8:2, 6-8; Rom. 7:7; Is. 64:6; Rom. 7:14; John 3:3-8.

Yes we will make mistakes, unfortunately we will still sin (break Torah) because we are still very much under the sway of the flesh - BUT OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YHWH ABBA THROUGH YESHUA ALLOWS US TO SEEK AND GET FORGIVENESS FOR THESE SINS AND INIQUITIES & HIS RUACH ENABLES AND EMPOWERS US TO REMAIN IN HIS TORAH - BUT TO REMAIN DOGGEDLY IN THAT SIN WITH STUBBORNNESS AND REBELLION WILL LEAD TO OUR DEMISE! Is. 1:10-20 arw Eze, 20:30-44 - we must remember that according to Rom. 11:11-24 and Eph 2:11-22 - WHEN WE ARE BORN AGAIN WE ARE GRAFTED IN THE TREE OF ISRAEL (THE CULTIVATED OLIVE TREE) HELD UP BY THE ROOTS OF OUR HEBREW OLD TESTAMENT LAW IN MESSIAH AND THE COVENANT PROMISES TO ABBA AVRAHAM: ON REBIRTH WE BECOME PART OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL - NOT A CHURCH OR DENOMINATION - ISRAEL - SO WHERE THE WORD SPEAK OF ISRAEL IT SPEAKS TO THOSE BORN AGAIN IN YESHUA MESSIAH!

Thus when we are in the flesh WE WILL OBEY THE FLESH AND IT'S SEEMINGLY "SOUND" REASONING OF OUR LOGIC - BECAUSE WE CANNOT EVER KNOW THE WILL OF THE FATHER AND HOW TO ACHIEVE IT IF HE DOES NOT, THROUGH HIS RUACH, REVEAL THE WAY WE ARE TO PROCEED TO ACHIEVE HIS KINGDOM RULES AND THUS BRING HIS KINGDOM AUTHORITY TO WORK ON EARTH! Is. 55:8ff

That brings me to a second fact that I have experienced so very, very often when I am led to speak on returning back to Torah through rebirth in Yeshua and as led by The Ruach of Yeshua:- Almost without exception I am immediately told- IT WILL CHANGE MY LIFE, AFFECT MY INCOME, ISOLATE ME, I AM NO LONGER UNDER THE LAW - SO I WILL STICK WITH WHAT MY CHURCH AND PASTOR TELLS ME!

So it would seem that we prefer to believe that we know best, we know the difference between good and evil, therefore Jesus just has to tag along with us BECAUSE HE IS LOVE - EVEN IF WHAT WE ARE DOING IS NOT BIBLICALLY SUPPORTED, HOWEVER AS SHOWN WE WOULD NOW WALKING IN THE FLESH - NOT THE SPIRIT AND ARE IN ENMITY TO YHWH - 2 Corth. 5:7; Zech. 4:6

You see dear reader one of the most dangerous things we do today is try and run our lives democratically - THE MAJORITY MUST BE RIGHT! 

I would like to refer you all to:

Mat. 7:13-14: The way back to Yeshua is narrow and only a few find it.

Is. 55:8: The thoughts and ways of Yeshua are unknowable to man.

Luke 13:23-30: Many shall seek the narrow gate but will not find it, even those who may have fellowshipped with Him -

Luke 7:21-23: Not all who call on His Name will be saved, but ONLY THOSE WHO DO THE WILL OF HIS FATHER (Could this the Old Testament GOD? Yeshua speaks of).

John 14:23-24: LOVE FOR HIM IS KEEPING HIS WORD AND THAT WORD IS OF THE FATHER - AND THOSE WHO KEEP HIS WORD WILL BE VISITED BY THE FATHER AND THE SON (THE RUACH HAKODESH - HOLY SPIRIT)!

John 4:23 & John 16:12-15: The very same RUACH HAKODESH (HOLY SPIRIT) WITH OUT WHOM WE CANNOT SERVE YESHUA OR WORSHIP HIM!

This was all said by The Same Yeshua Whom Scripture recorded as saying that HE HAD NOT COME TO BREAK A SINGLE, SOLITARY OR MINUSCULE POINT OF HIS LAW - BUT TO (PLEROO - G 4137 - TO PREACH FULLY, SHOW FULLY AND PERFECTLY, TO GIVE A PREFECT EXAMPLE) PREACH AND FILL TO PERFECTION HIS TORAH AND THE PROPHECIES OF HIS PROPHETS SO THAT HIS DISCIPLES COULD TEACH THE WHOLE WORLD TO OBEY THIS ETERNAL LAW WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN COMMANDED AND SHOWN BY HIM AND THAT HE (THROUGH THE LEADING OF HIS RUACH HAKODESH - HOLY SPIRIT) WOULD SURELY THEN BE WITH WITH THEM ALWAYS, EVEN TO THE VERY END OF THIS AGE! Mat. 5:17-19; Mat. 28:18-20; John 16:12-15.

Please understand this point: IN OUR FALLEN WORLD DEMOCRACY IS POSSIBLY THE BEST METHOD WE HAVE FOR GOVERNANCE - BUT DEMOCRACY AND SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF HUMANISM THAT WE HAVE TODAY IN THIS FALLEN WORLD!

What does that mean in practice; how do we live Yeshua and His Torah out?

I shall need to answer that with a question:

DO ANY OF US REALLY BELIEVE THAT YESHUA WAS SENT TO EARTH BY THE FATHER TO WALK IN AN ISRAEL UNDER PAGEN ROMAN DOMINATION JUST BECAUSE?

RETURN TO YESHUA AND ASK THAT HE, THROUGH HIS RUACH, SHOW YOU HOW TO WALK IN HIS FOOTSTEPS IN THIS, OUR TIME OF OCCUPATION, ACCORDING TO HIS WILL.

YESHUA NEVER EVER CAPITULATED TO THE CHURCH OF THE DAY OR THEIR MASTERS FROM ROME - AND THIS MADE HIM COMPLETELY WITHOUT SIN IN A VERY DANGEROUS AND FALLEN WORLD - IN FACT HE EVEN TOLD PILATE THAT HE WAS NOT OF PILATE'S KINGDOM & HE REFUSED TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE "KING OF ISRAEL" HEROD 1 Pt. 2:22; 2 Cor. 5:21; John 18:36; Luke 23:8-12.

Now may I ask each and everyone reading this blog:

Do we dare examine our hearts before The Father today and see where we stand in Truth and Righteousness before HIM OR DO WE STAND IN DANGER OF REBELLION BEFORE HIM BY DOING AS WE THINK IS RIGHT ACCORDING TO OUR OWN BELIEFS?

Please see this message of UBUNTU - I have spoken of it before, and it is in fact something which seemingly bears out that which I was shown in The Spirit at the time of Mandella's death - many of us are just a short step away from this same false theology today as we sit comfortably in our religions of choice. 

I end with this extract from the same mail:

Behold, now is the accepted time--now the Lord waits to be gracious. But the day is coming which is cruel with wrath and fierce anguish! No place shall then be found for mercy--though sought with an ocean of tears! 

Here dear brother and sister is own hope in these massively traumatic and uncertain times in which we stand today - the choice is ours we either walk with Yeshua in the assurance of His Salvation and Revelation as aligned to His Full Word OR we follow the path of Political Correctness which our churches seem to have been teaching us for millennia, even here in Africa!

  

Brethren and sisters this mail my brother sent me was built around a sermon written in 1821 - it seemed that THE HOUR WAS LATE THEN, SO WHERE ARE WE NOW?

We need to decide once and for all which page we are on; W/whose F/fruit shall we eat?

Yes we do have fears, yes this is a new path for many, BUT YESHUA HAS PROMISED US THAT HE WILL BE WITH AS AS WE STRUGGLE TO GET BACK TO HIM AND HIS WAYS!

Shalom in Messiah Yeshua, our Saviour, King, Protector and Redeemer - AND ONE DAY OUR ETERNAL JUDGE!

Bo'az
