Eze. 33:1-6: Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

Transitioning....

We all know that we have been moving through very turbulent times, however it is my understanding that these times have only been a preparation for what is happening right now.

So easily we forget that we are all spirit and all that we experience necessitates a constant colliding / meeting of the physical and spiritual realms, realms which from time to time, as designed by The Creator, reach a crescendo, a climax if you will - well we find ourselves approaching such time in a human history.

This collision of the spiritual and physical now taking place has placed humanity at a crossroads and although we may not see, understand or even perceive the dynamics of this collision which is playing out, we should all be aware of and privy to the effects now taking place.

We are told in Scripture that we cannot ‘Patch’ an old garment with ‘New Material’ (religious observance - Robes of righteousness) or place ‘New Wine’ in ‘Old Wine-skins’ (belief systems / understandings applied to a religion) - [Mat 9:16-17] -

What I am trying to say here is possibly best explained in an extract from a mail I have just sent to a Brother in Messiah who lives in the USA - it is addressed to this brother in the context of the Biden inauguration slated to take place in a few hours from now. So as the USA transitions from one administration to another, so I believe is the case within The Kingdom of YHWH - a transitioning in the Spirit from one season to another - my extract:

..My observation for this period is a transformation from a more formative Torah observant life to a Torah Governance - this obviously does not mean any form of secular takeover - that is nonsensical and not Biblical - but [rather] places of safety which will present refuge and Divine protection under Torah mandated rules. Knots in the safety net; lighthouses in the darkness; caves of Adullam as the persecution increases - apostolic assemblies as presented in times of the Apostles.

This is what we are now in the process of being transitioned to, the underground assemblies - something I have had placed on my spirit for quiet a few years now - this concept was further cemented in my view / vision when I was pondering something very profound I read this morning - a secular paper about the impact of colonialism on Africa and the mindset that Colonialism came from, a mindset ensconced in the Western World (read British) ideology.

This considered view granted me a glance into where we in the Messianic Body are as of this moment, how we have arrived here and the effect that the Church of Rome has had on us (we need to understand that the Church of Rome [denominations - Sunday church] is the wife of Western [Caesar] Governments).

Then whilst reading a Parashat commentary on the same day I noted the following :

(Extract from ‘The Rabbi’s son’ - Parashat Bo [Go] - (Ex 10:1-13:16):

The stories that the Holy One caused Moshe to record in the Torah are not like stories from the literature of other cultures, nations, or religions. They are markedly different in source, in content, in focus, and in effect. There is a really good reason [why] that is the case. Do you want to know what it is?

Why Are Torah’s Stories Unlike Any Other Stories?

Stories from the sacred literature of other people’s [i.e. cultures, nations, religions] focus on ‘morals’, espouse ‘principles’ of socially accepted behaviour, and/or declare what they wish you to think of as empirical ‘truth’. The stories the Holy One has caused to be recorded in the Torah do nothing of the sort. The emunah [faith] of our fathers was not based on morality, principles, social norms, or truisms. The emunah [faith] of our fathers is based upon real-time interactions with, sh’ma-ing [obeying] the Voice of, and doing the will of, the Creator of the Universe. Hence, the stories recorded in the Torah do not come with moralizations, principles, norms, or neat, tidy, quotable cliché’ truisms. Instead, they are designed to connect the reader to the Holy One as a Persona – and catch him or her up in a pulse-flow of transformative revelatory energy. Stories from the sacred literature of other peoples teach things like philosophy, religion, cultural values, and ethics; the stories of Torah, on the other hand, act like shadchanim – [i.e. Kingdom matchmakers] – to cause even the hardest-hearted Bride Candidate among men to admire, be fascinated by, intimately come to know, love, and trust, and yearn to co-labour with the Creator of the Heavens and the earth. The stories recorded for us in the Torah are unique in that they are of Heavenly origin, and carry both the Creator’s empowering Breath and sparkling Eye. They are like a shaft of light shining into a dark cave. They are like springs of living water bubbling up in a dry and thirsty land. They  carry the Creator’s PERSONA and PERSONALITY. They make us feel like we are His Children – beloved members of His Family. They therefore cause our spirit within us to leap like a hart [deer].

Therefore we need to give the Holy One, through His Ruach, the permission to intermingle and weave with out spirit (1 Cor 6:17) and bring us Life, Wisdom, Understanding and most importantly a relationship with YHWH through Yeshua which we cannot learn through just "obeying a word, action or law” without committing and being tested on it to see if we will cling to and obey it with all our heart, soul and body - Deut 8:1-3 arw Rom 12:1-2.

As I stated above we cannot put the ‘new wine’ into old wine-skins, (belief systems / understandings applied to a religion) - we cannot accept His Truth with a human concept or apply His Ways with our old and established religious concepts and understandings - allow an example here - YHWH requires us to worship and celebrate on His Shabbat - He draws us towards the 7th day Shabbat - we reject this Call because we believe that the Shabbat has been done away with and Sunday is the new Covenant sign OR we dither between should we / shouldn’t we and this causes us confusion and consternation - and no real commitment either way and the Word tells us in James 1:7-8 that such a person is double-minded (of 2 spirits) and that Elohim cannot work with such a person, so instability especially in these time of crisis, transition and transformation, is extremely dangerous - we will not make it as we cannot expect the help of The Ruach if we dither and fluctuate between opposing poles of "belief systems" (James 1:2-5 - see what Heb 11:1-2 and Heb 11:6 tell us about FAITH, or rather the lack of and what confusion can result in in these times Mat 24:4 and Mat 24:21-25).

We need to be willing to take the proverbial “leap of FAITH” committing our all to what we are being led into AND TRUSTING IN YHWH THAT IF WE MAKE A GENUINE AND HONEST MISTAKE HE WILL HELP US BUT WE CANNOT EXPECT THE SAME HELP IF WE DITHER AND SIT ON THE FENCE - even when, or should I say, especially when what we are being "called" to do does not make a lot of sense BUT S/something in our spirit is drawing us and we cannot deny this attraction, this awareness of something new being introduced to us is a process by which The Ruach, through Yeshua working and weaving into us places us on a path leading to challenges, trials, temptations BECAUSE, as alluded to, this is what helps us build up our FAITH and our Testimonies in Yeshua (James 1:2-8).

Without FAITH there cannot be a total surrender (heart committed surrender) to the leading of The Ruach because we will lack an ability to be able to hear and understand His Calling as we are double-minded, undecided, uncommitted!

Once we are able to surrender more readily and with more understanding of WHO YESHUA IS through The Calling (leading) of The Ruach and are led to our Red Sea experiences in which we begin to die to self-will, self-understanding; self-rule; self-centeredness; self-opinionated; self-efforts - in other words our flesh and own selfish ideas and begin to rather walk by Faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7) and see the Salvation of YHWH - this is where we begin to really place our trust and FAITH in Yeshua and His Works and Covenant, in His Promises and Word - we begin to truly eat of His Flesh and drink of His Blood - and this dear brethren is where we are called to be in times such as these.

As we get closer to YHWH our Elohim through these powerful moments and events we begin to think as He thinks; like what He likes; want what He wants; move as He moves; see as He sees - in essence we are now becoming ONE with HIM - we are dying more and more to self!

But before this can happen we need to shrug of the shackles of Babylon and Egypt, the confusion and rigors of man made religion and the last vestiges of our thoughts and ways - we need to get into the quiet of the desert where we can hear and commune with Him - Song of Solomon 2:8-16 - thus the need for the trials and transitioning taking place now - again, we cannot have a Testimony of Messiah and be ONE (Echad) with Him if we are not allowing Him to Shepherd us in all areas of our lives (Ps 23): Comfort zones = stagnation = death!
